Key Responsibilities
- Drive project vision, align teams, and deliver user-centered solutions that balance business and user needs.
- Plan and execute research initiatives, guiding teams through complex problem-solving.
- Create and oversee project plans, ensuring timelines and deliverables meet client goals.
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering alignment, resolving challenges, and driving impactful outcomes.
- Build a thriving, inclusive design community, identifying new business opportunities and fostering collaboration.
- Deliver compelling presentations and confidently guide stakeholders through design processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of Product Design experience, preferably from an agency or studio, with a strong background in leading design initiatives and driving results.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring teams across multiple projects using Agile and Lean principles.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Thrives under pressure, navigating ambiguity, and making rapid, informed decisions.
- Committed to growth, fostering collaboration, and promoting a supportive studio culture.
